Your Data Is Secure

What person information do we process? When you sign up for a consult or to contact us, your email, phone number, mailing address, and any other information is processed. We process this information to provide, improve, and administer our services. We also use this information to communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with the law.

How do we keep your information safe? We have organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

Is your personal health information protected? In short, yes. We are HIPPA compliant with the storage of our Medical Records and our staff is trained in how to remain HIPPA compliant.

FINANCIAL POLICY

We do not accept insurance. The services we provide are cosmetic and patients are voluntarily agreeing to these services. 
We do accept credit card, cash, or check.  We also offer payment plans, please ask provider to discuss our options.
